Get Started with Corporate Memory

Corporate Memory is an invitation-only portal; there is no public sign-up page. This guide takes you from receiving your invitation email to being comfortable navigating the portal.

Before you begin

  • Your organization must already be set up on Corporate Memory. If it isn't, contact your WorkDone administrator or support@workdone.ai.
  • An administrator in your organization must have sent you an invitation. If you expected one and haven't received it, check your spam folder, then ask your administrator to resend it.

Accept your invitation and sign in

  1. Open the invitation email sent to your work address and select the invitation link.
  2. Follow the prompts to set up your account. Use your work email address; your account is tied to the address the invitation was sent to.
  3. Once your account is created, go to https://corporatememory.workdone.ai and sign in.
  4. After signing in, you land on Copilot, the portal's AI chat assistant. This is the default landing page for every user.

Note

Invitation links expire after a period of time. If yours has expired, ask your administrator to send a new one; you do not need to do anything else.

Orient yourself in the portal

The portal's navigation gives you access to the areas your role permits:

  • Copilot: ask questions about your organization's knowledge base and get answers with document citations. See Ask Copilot.
  • Workflow automation: the automation workflows configured for your operation, where you review and approve proposed data updates before they reach your systems. See the Corporate Memory overview.
  • Vision Dashboard: activity analytics dashboards. See the Vision Dashboard overview.
  • Console & Settings: administration: users, organization settings, and knowledge-base management. See Administration.

Take a minute to click through the sections you can see. Nothing in the portal is destructive to open; review-and-approve workflows always ask before committing changes.

What your role lets you see

Corporate Memory uses four roles. Your administrator assigned you one when you were invited, and it determines which sections appear in your navigation:

Role Typical access
Admin Everything: Copilot, automation workflows, all dashboards, Console & Settings, user management
Management Copilot, automation workflows, and management-level analytics such as Copilot usage
Automation Copilot and the automation workflows configured for your operation
Member Copilot and general portal features

If you can't see a section you need for your job, ask your administrator to review your role; see Manage users and roles for what they'll do.
