1. AI Transformation Accelerator: where customers start¶
The Accelerator is a six-week engagement that measures how work actually happens in your operation from workforce telemetry, and delivers an executive-ready, data-backed assessment (every number computed from your data, participants anonymized by default) plus a live dashboard that keeps measuring after the engagement ends.

2. Corporate Memory: the platform customers graduate into¶
Corporate Memory is WorkDone's enterprise SaaS platform, combining three capability areas in a single, organization-scoped portal:
- Copilot: an AI assistant that answers questions from your organization's own documents, with citations back to the source.
- Workflow Automation: automation of the recurring, data-heavy workflows in your operation, connecting your ERP and business systems, with human review before anything is written back.
- Vision Dashboard: workforce activity analytics that show how work actually happens, continuing the measurement the Accelerator started.
