Corporate Memory¶
Corporate Memory is WorkDone's multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform. It combines three things your organization normally runs as separate systems (AI-powered knowledge management, workflow automation tailored to your operation, and workforce activity analytics) into a single portal at corporatememory.workdone.ai.
Everything in Corporate Memory is scoped to your organization. Your documents, your business data, your analytics, and your users are isolated from every other tenant on the platform.
What Corporate Memory does¶
AI knowledge management: Copilot¶
Copilot is an AI chat assistant grounded in your organization's own documents. It answers questions with citations back to the source files, supports ongoing conversation threads, and is the first thing you see when you sign in. Documents flow into the knowledge base automatically from Microsoft SharePoint and Google Drive, pass an AI content review with a human approval step, and become searchable within your organization's private knowledge store.

Workflow automation¶
Corporate Memory automates the recurring, data-heavy workflows that keep your operation running, built around your systems and processes rather than a fixed feature set. A typical workflow reads working data from your ERP or other business systems, reconciles and enriches it against agreed data sources, and surfaces proposed updates for your team to review. Nothing is written back to your systems until a person in your organization approves it, and every approved update is tracked through to confirmation.

Activity analytics: Vision Dashboard¶
The Vision Dashboard turns workforce activity data from your Teramind deployment into interactive dashboards: application and website usage, email, collaboration, textual activity, printer usage, and Copilot adoption, plus admin-only workspace, ROI, and KPI views.

How access works¶
Corporate Memory is invitation-only. There is no public sign-up page: an administrator in your organization invites each user by email, and the account exists only inside your organization. See Managing Users and SSO and Identity.
Every user holds one of four roles:

Role checks are enforced on every page and API request, not just hidden in the navigation. The full permissions matrix is in Administration.
Organization-scoped tenancy
Every record in Corporate Memory carries your organization's identity. Your knowledge base, workflow data, analytics, and configuration are provisioned per organization; no data is shared between tenants.
Hosting and integrations¶
Corporate Memory is hosted on Microsoft Azure and uses enterprise-grade AI models hosted in Microsoft Azure for Copilot and document review. It connects to systems you already run:
