Vision Dashboard¶
The Vision Dashboard is Corporate Memory's analytics suite. It turns raw workforce activity data from your Teramind deployment into interactive dashboards inside the portal: no separate BI tool, no exports, no waiting on a report. Open the Vision page, pick a dashboard, and filter to the time range and teams you care about.
All dashboards are rendered natively in the portal and are scoped to your organization's data only.
Activity dashboards¶
These dashboards are available to all roles and cover the day-to-day picture of how your workforce works:
| Dashboard | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Apps / Sites | Which applications and websites people use, and how much time goes to each |
| Email activity volumes and patterns | |
| Collaboration | Activity in collaboration and meeting tools |
| Textual Activity | Typing and text-input activity as a signal of active work |
| Printer Usage | What is printed, how often, and by whom |
| Copilot Usage | Adoption and usage of Corporate Memory's own Copilot |
Each dashboard supports interactive filtering and drill-down, so you can move from an organization-wide trend to a specific team or period without leaving the page.
Admin-only insights¶
Three additional views are restricted to the Admin role, because they aggregate activity into evaluative measures:
Workspace Insights¶
A cross-cutting view of how work is distributed across the organization: where time is concentrated, how activity patterns compare across teams, and where the outliers are.
ROI Insights¶
Connects activity data to value: where automation and tooling (including Copilot) are saving time, and where effort is going relative to output.
KPIs¶
Configurable key-performance-indicator views for tracking the workforce metrics your organization has decided matter, over time.
Why these are admin-only
Activity dashboards inform; insight and KPI views evaluate. Corporate Memory keeps evaluative aggregates behind the Admin role so your organization decides who sees them. The full permissions matrix is in Administration.
Where the data comes from¶
The Vision Dashboard is fed by your organization's Teramind workforce-analytics deployment. Teramind captures the underlying activity events; Corporate Memory ingests that data, keeps it scoped to your organization, and presents it through the dashboards above.
A few practical consequences:
- Coverage follows your Teramind rollout. Users and machines not monitored by your Teramind deployment won't appear in the dashboards.
- Definitions follow Teramind's classifications. How an application is categorized (productive, unproductive, neutral) is driven by your Teramind configuration.
- Freshness. Dashboard queries are cached for performance, so the numbers you see may be up to a day behind the live Teramind data. This is a deliberate trade-off that keeps large dashboards fast.
Setup of the data feed is covered in the Teramind integration guide.
Monitoring responsibly
Workforce activity data is sensitive. Your organization is responsible for deploying Teramind and using these dashboards in line with your internal policies and the laws that apply to you, including telling employees what is monitored. Corporate Memory's role controls help you limit who can see what, but the policy is yours to set.
Copilot Usage in depth¶
The Copilot Usage dashboard deserves a special mention: it closes the loop between the two halves of Corporate Memory. As your organization adopts Copilot, this dashboard shows who is asking, how often, and how usage trends over time, which is exactly the evidence you need when deciding where to invest in knowledge-base content and training. Admin and Management roles also have a dedicated Copilot Usage page outside the Vision Dashboard.
